Position:

As an Associate you will learn whilst on the job, working on real projects and interacting closely with senior stakeholders of the business including clients. To support your career development at CZ you will participate in workshops and learning activities aimed at providing a well-rounded knowledge of your role, Cz and the supply chain industry.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• To be part of the FIP team and contribute to delivering upon the global strategy.
• Assist with the day-to-day management of contracts.
• Co-ordinate with departments within the organisation (operations, credit, compliance) to ensure the successful execution of trades.
• Work closely with the global trading teams to identify new opportunitites.
• Communicate and liaise effectively with clients.
• Participate in business development to facilitate the growth of CZ’s product portfolio.
• To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals.
• To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role.
• To be fully conversant with the Employee Handbook and supporting policies, including Health & Safety legislation and fire and emergency procedures.
• To comply with any reasonable instruction issued by your manager.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with the following skillset and attributes:

Essential:

• A master’s degree in a relevant subject
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Business level fluency in English and one other language (written and verbal).
• A genuine passion and interest for supply chain management.
• Advanced communication skills
• Strong I.T. skills including proficiency in Excel and Word
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Self-starter with the ability to use initiative for problem solving
• Resourceful, innovative and proactive
• Personable with the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels both internally and externally
