Kennedys is seeking experienced Associates to join their Serious and Catastrophic Injury Hub in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a background in defendant employers liability, public liability, and motor claims, with a focus on managing high-value catastrophic injury cases.

This role involves handling a diverse range of claims, including motor, employer, and public liability cases, many of which are sensitive and high-profile, often reported in the national media.

Kennedys' Serious and Catastrophic Injury team is a top-tier, Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked team, renowned for handling large loss and catastrophic injury claims. Their expertise spans across motor, employer liability and public liability claims. The team deals with cases of the utmost severity, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma, brachial plexus injuries, severe psychiatric injuries, chronic pain, and loss of senses. They serve a diverse range of clients, including insurers, self-insured organisations, and third-party administrators.

• 1+ years' with the relevant experience*
• Litigation experience of personal injury defence work
