About The Role
Our Head of Delivery is seeking an Associate CIPD Tutor who is fluent in Arabic to support our cohort learners across our Level 5 CIPD International Business Unit. We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning and has experience of delivering CIPD qualifications. The role includes teaching on our live classes and supporting learners with queries during their programme. Equally importantly, you will align with our organisational values, which were defined by our people for our people, clients, learners, and partners.
What You’ll Do
To help us be the best, you will be accountable for:
- Delivering high quality tutor support sessions (daytime and evening)
- Posting at least one tutor update per week on our learning platform relating to their programme of study
- Supporting the content and product team with regular updates and improvements
- Responding to student questions on our learning platform within 48 hours
- Commenting on draft submissions of one learning outcome
- Marking 20 scripts from each cohort
- Responding to student questions through our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent industrial experience in HR
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Recent experience in teaching CIPD programmes (desirable)
- Relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Relevant teaching qualification (desirable)
- Adaptable, able to learn quickly and use own initiative
- CIPD Chartered Membership (desirable)
- Good organisation, communication and presentation skills
- Good IT skills and experience of delivering virtual classes
- A lively, friendly and passionate individual willing to get stuck in and be part of a busy team
