The opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Client Executive to join our team to provide professional administration support to our clients and colleagues. As an integral member of our team, you will be passionate about providing the best service to our clients and enjoy working in partnership with your colleagues to ensure we deliver great outcomes.
We are seeking someone who is numerate, has good attention to detail and enjoys working with information and data. Using your previous experience of working in a client facing role, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective relationships.
This opportunity provides a great insight into wealth management operations and is an ideal role for someone who is either looking to develop a career in financial services or wants to work in a client relationship role. The role will allow you to build excellent foundational knowledge and skills in financial planning through:
- On the job learning, structured training and supportive coaching from managers and peers
- Exposure to a range of tasks and working in close partnership with multiple stakeholders
- Regular performance and development conversations

Location
We are flexible on location and therefore, this role could be based in one of our UK offices in Leeds, Nottingham or Cambridge. We operate hybrid working enabling home and office working; allowing you to balance your personal responsibilities/interests and connecting with your colleagues.
What you will be doing
As Associate Client Executive, you will be working alongside our knowledgeable Paraplanners and Financial Planners, with administration for our financial planning clients which will involve completing a variety of tasks. Key responsibilities include:
Client service: handling routine client matters and queries, arranging and preparing for client meetings and maintaining positive relationships with your stakeholders.
Managing documentation: maintaining accurate client records and service notes, preparing onboarding documents, compliance paperwork and due diligence.
Client account management: help to prepare account summaries and performance reports for our clients.
Administration support: efficiently
coordinating and managing correspondence, post-client meeting actions, organising and maintaining client files, reports and documents
. Data and system management: using technology and systems effectively, ensuring data integrity and keeping our CRM fully accurate and up to date.
About you
To succeed in the role, you will be:
Client-focused: you will bring previous experience of working with clients in a professional environment and be genuinely interested in providing a proactive, client-centric service.
Methodical and organised: you are motivated and enjoy delivering high quality, detail work, always paying close attention to the details.
Excellent interpersonal skills: a supportive and collaborative team member with an ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
A confident systems and tech user: proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems to produce accurate documentation and complete your tasks.
Curious: willing to learn things with a keen interest in pursuing and developing a career within financial services.
No prior experience of working in financial services? Not a problem! Previous financial service experience is not necessary as we will provide the training and support you need to excel in your role, but you will need to be committed and eager to learn. If you are working towards or already hold a qualification in Financial Services, this will be advantageous.
