Kennedys is seeking an experienced candidate to join our Chelmsford, Birmingham, Bristol, Sheffield or Manchester office, assisting with defendant-related public sector claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-value and sensitive caseload for a variety of clients, primarily defending Abuse and EL/PL claims within a supportive and dynamic team.

Our national practice handles personal injury claims from seven offices across the UK. We manage complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as market leaders in this sector. Our team frequently handles UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations through our international offices.

Required Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Proven track record in handling EL/PL and highways claims
