Starting Salary: £27,500+ (DOE)

About You and the Team:

We are seeking ambitious, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in B2B sales or recruitment. Based in our Bristol office, you'll join a dynamic team of over 200+ recruiters from across the UK, including Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, and London.

Your Role:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Advise clients on recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies
• Attend and co-host industry events
• Headhunt top talent in the market
• Develop and nurture new business relationships
