We’re looking for a curious, driven, and insight-led Associate User Research Manager to help shape the future of the digital customer experience at Sage. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful research across 20+ markets, directly influencing how millions of users engage with Sage.com and helping drive meaningful business outcomes through data-backed decision-making.
About The Role
As an Associate User Research Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end research projects that underpin our digital optimisation strategy ensuring every user interaction on Sage.com is insight-driven, intuitive, and impactful. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, Marketing, Content, and Experimentation to uncover user needs, identify pain points, and recommend enhancements that drive conversions and improve the customer journey.
This role is pivotal in turning insights into action, supporting paid and organic media initiatives, and helping the business achieve lead generation and commercial goals. You’ll also play a key role in exploring the integration of AI into research processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing impact.
