We’re looking for an Audio Group Head to join our Advertisement team on a full-time permanent basis in London.
As the Audio Group Head, you will be responsible in helping our media agencies navigate and buy into our market-leading portfolio of radio brands and audiences easily.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will drive revenues through activating the agency trading deal by effective airtime trading, creating demand for digital audio via audioXi and selling creative/S&P solutions.
A central requirement is to help build Bauer’s external reputation by ensuring that we are seen as a dynamic, collaborative, respected partner.

This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and our office in London.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving airtime revenue and increasing share of spend.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with investment and partnership teams.
- Creating demand for digital audio via audioXi.
- Activating and managing the agency trading deal, ensuring key metrics are met and daily service is fast, efficient, and accurate.
- Leading relationships with key stakeholders and championing Bauer’s audio proposition and brands.
- Collaborating with Account Directors, Clients, and Creative teams to respond to partnership briefs.
- Proactively and creatively selling, delivering smart airtime trading solutions and unlocking incremental revenue.
What You’ll Bring:
- Customer-focused with a passion for driving client success and delivering outstanding service.
- Proven experience with network media agencies; Omnicom contacts are a plus.
- Strong audio knowledge and ability to sell across a brand portfolio.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape, especially broadcast and digital, with the ability to build compelling channel strategies.
- Track record of proactively growing business and securing new revenue.
- Skilled presenter who can inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Extensive experience in developing and landing high-value partnership pitches.
- Team player with a background in coaching high-performing teams.
- Collaborative and effective in matrix structures, driving alignment toward shared goals.
- Passionate about Bauer’s brands and values.
