We are looking to grow our Specialized Electronic Trading Infrastructure Team with a cross-discipline platform tooling specialist looking at Linux Systems, Data, Security and Automation. They will work with our partners across technology to find solutions to allow us to grow revenue, manage risk or reduce cost by leveraging existing technologies products, onboarding new technologies or building it themselves new capabilities.

What You’ll Do In The Role
- Define and prioritize strategic initiatives for the cloud and infrastructure engineering team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to related to trading infrastructure
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of trading infrastructure.
- Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in technology road mapping and planning exercises to support long-term business goals.
- Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate software code developed in the project.
- Demonstrable scripting experience in Python including extracting and updating data in enterprise data sources and interacting with the networks.
- Complex Bash Script and the trade-offs of CLI Scripting versus Python vs a structured language
- Experience working on shared code bases using best practices in CI / Source Control / Release Management and Change Control
- Application and Infrastructure Configuration management
- Automated build / packaging experience - Ansible, RPM, Puppet, Chef, Salt
- Data structures formats (JSON/YAML/XML)
- Efficient interaction with databases such as SQL/Redis/mongo/NoSQL
- Flask / Django for mock-up GUIs for others.
- Streaming Data programming Linux Systems.
- Strong Experience in Linux Systems. Must be capable of demonstrating high levels of proficiency from the command line.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience in developing and implementing cloud and Trading infrastructure strategies.
