Quality Engineer 1:Based out of London, UK (onsite 5 days a week)Roles & Responsibilities:Automation Specialist who writes automated test code as defined in specific project scope oninternal Client infrastructure and using internal Client tools appropriate to a specific Clientproject and product.Automation tests tasks are designed and directed by the Client QA Lead per project scope.Automation code writing, work closely with the QA team, product and engineering teams toidentify, prioritize and suggest automation code improvementsReview automation code and assure test effectivenessFollow up on high-priority and blocking issuesIdentify gaps, issues or other problems and alert QA team, product and engineering teamsWork very effectively with Client QA Lead and rest of the QA teamFollow up on important incremental changes and get it coveredProvide weekly reports on tasks executedMust Haves:3 years of experience in software engineering or testing experience in web and mobileFamiliarity with automation lifecycle, test methodology, test metrics and reporting mechanismExperience in JavaScript *Might need experience in Python & PHP (to confirm)Adoptable and ability to multi-task in continuously changing environmentExpertise in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience in CI/CD is added bonusGood communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or equivalent (not essential)
