Working within St. Richards Car parking department & I.D production.
- Site patrol’s
- Issuing parking charge notices
- Producing I.D (Swipe cards)
- Maintaining machinery
- Controlling stock levels
- Helping public with wayfinding
- Assist with production of congress tickets
- Work alongside security for block off and major incidents
- To represent the Trust maintaining a clean tidy uniformed appearance.
- To gather, process, keep and protect car park and car park user information and data and produce reports. Supervise all parking and checking of all vehicles for non-payment of parking fees.
- To manage vehicles entering and leaving the car parks, parking areas and roadways enabling patients, visitors and staff to enter the Trust sites and buildings with ease and without causing stress or delay.
- To participate in the collection of money from and the maintenance of the ‘Pay on Foot’ / ‘Pay & Display’ machines.
- To maintain the cleanliness of the car parking equipment and the signage and to assess quarterly the road markings and traffic calming devices.
- To maintain ticket levels in entry and exit stations.
- The production and issuing of permits, warnings and vehicle ‘parking charge notices’ (PCN’s).
- To process, manufacture and issue staff ID’s (Chichester only).
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, visitors, staff, contractors and other emergency services to ensure there is clear access to all areas at all times.
