Position: Bank Staff Nurse - ITU

Location: The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham

Pay Rate £19.68 - £29.62 per hour

The Harborne Hospital is seeking experienced ICU Nurses to join our Bank Team within the Intensive Care Unit.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients within the ITU Unit
  • Prioritise nursing care, recognizes deterioration in patient’s condition and escalates to the senior nursing team /clinicians immediately.
  • Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and acts as the patient advocate at all times.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 12 months ICU experience within an acute hospital setting
  • experience working in critical care specialties including cardiac, cardiothoracic and general ITU
  • Current nursing registration through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) required, with no restrictions to practice.
  • Critical Care Course – 60 Credits
