Sabine Rooftop Bar offers an exciting experience of the London skyline from Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul’s roof terrace. Our team is diverse and unique, where we aim for first-class hospitality every time. The breath-taking views and botanical interior theme offer the perfect vibe for those looking to escape the bustle of the city- with two outside terraces – one with a retractable domed roof.

As a Bartender/Mixologist, we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. You’ll be welcoming guests and provide the best recommendations to their likings. You’ll be preparing and serving drinks and cocktails whilst also ensuring each visit is filled with the perfect escape from the busy city life.

As a Bartender/Mixologist, You Will

• Be yourself!
• Be a great host for our guests – we greet guests from all around the so you’ll meet a really diverse range of people!
• Be a ‘show off’, and showcase your skills- we want to see your flair for drinks and cocktail making!
• Support with stock takes and wastage control
• Ensure the bar area is always kept tidy and clean
• Be flexible with shift patterns, including evenings and weekends – no split shifts here!
• Participate in our regular training sessions – always room to improve!
