Base Management Senior (Permanent, Full Time)
If you’re ready to take on a leadership role, the Base Management Senior position is the perfect opportunity! You’ll lead a small team while also driving your own success in Customer Retention and Growth.
Salary – Up to £33,000 dependent on experience plus £5000 OTC
Location – Carr Lane, Hull, with hybrid working opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of three Base Management Advisors, helping them hit their targets.
Maintain customer interaction records and track performance.
Work with stakeholders to align your team with business needs.
Upsell and cross-sell to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
Stay ahead of market trends and ensure your team is always learning.

- A passion for coaching and developing others.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or managing performance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
- Experience in outbound sales or retentions is a plus.
