Role Description

We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Bathroom Showroom Manager to join our team at Lords Builders Merchants in Beaconsfield.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our bathroom showroom—ensuring it reflects our high standards while providing tailored, design-led advice to customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for both trade and retail customers, helping to turn ideas into functional, stylish spaces. You’ll also collaborate closely with the wider branch team to support customer orders, stock control, and end-to-end service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with bathroom or interiors experience, a flair for design, and a proactive approach to sales and service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running and presentation of the bathroom showroom
• Provide tailored product advice and design consultations to customers
• Use CAD software to support bathroom layout planning and customer visuals
• Support product ordering, quotes, and showroom stock control
• Work closely with branch colleagues to ensure smooth coordination of sales and logistics
• Conduct occasional site visits to better understand customer needs and installation requirements
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and inspiring showroom environment

Competitive Salary Offered

Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm alternate Saturdays

Holiday: 21 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bathroom sales, showroom management, or a design-led retail role
• Strong knowledge of bathroom products and current design trends
• CAD software experience
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Well-organised with good attention (essential) for occasional site visits
• Eligible to work in the UK
