Job Title: Benefits and Wellbeing Manager


We are working with a client who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Benefits and Wellbeing Manager. This role would be perfect for someone living in Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, or Wiltshire who doesn’t want to deal with commuting into London. The role offers hybrid working and requires office attendance three days a week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual benefit projects autonomously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for benefit queries, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers and collaborate with our procurement team to oversee supplier contracts.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert on employee benefits, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Drive the communication and engagement of our benefit and wellbeing offerings, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing employee benefits and wellbeing programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to promoting employee benefits and wellbeing.
