What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a BI Analyst on a permanent basis within our international fleet business, this position is located in either Swindon, London or Prague offices. We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with strong Tableau or Power BI expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background of data analysis experience, combining both business and technical skills to deliver insightful data solutions. This role requires someone with excellent stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and data mapping skills. A natural curiosity with data is key, along with a willingness to support data engineering and data science initiatives where needed.

As a BI Analyst You Will Be Expected To Work From Either Our Swindon, London Or Prague Office. Corpay Will Set You Up For Success By Providing

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Developing, maintain and optimize Tableau or Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Performing data mapping, validation, and transformation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborating with data engineering and data science teams to support wider analytics and machine learning initiatives.
- Providing data-driven insights to improve business performance and efficiency.
- Ensuring best practices in data governance, security, and reporting standards.
- Monitoring and optimise BI performance, ensuring dashboards and queries are efficient and scalable.
- Working with relational databases and query large datasets using SQL.
- Troubleshooting data issues and support end-users in understanding BI reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer in a commercial setting.
- Strong expertise in Tableau or Power BI (including DAX for Power BI users).
- Experience in data modelling, data mapping, and data transformation.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curious and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data insights clearly.
- Exposure to data engineering concepts (e.g., ETL, data pipelines, cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience working with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks).
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and how they integrate with BI.
