Bid Coordinator

How would you like to be our go-to person for keeping everything on track — from coordinating inputs across departments to formatting documents that impress. Your work directly contributes to winning major contracts and driving business success.

You will support our Global BD Manager as a Bid Coordinator bringing even greater structure and success to the bid management process. This is a new role for the team and one which we will look to continue to grow to meet the increasing demands of a rapidly expanding global business.

You will be able to use the knowledge and experience from your recent experience to partner with our engineering leadership and other senior stakeholders across the business to assess, develop and produce high quality and successful tender responses.

The hiring manager is looking for someone who can demonstrate the following experience and competencies.

• Proven experience in bids, proposals and project coordination.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a keen eye for detail.
• Any experience with project or document management tools is a plus.
