Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver the full bid lifecycle across diverse opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, finance, legal, and delivery teams
- Shape bid strategy, develop win themes and ensure effective governance
- Review and prepare commercial elements of bids
- Support qualification and requalification of bids throughout customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and proposal guidelines
- Address and resolve complex business, strategic and technical issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes and content
- Share best practices and manage bid documentation repositories
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in bid management, preferably within a technology, cyber, cloud or MSP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing ability
- Experience developing complex or multi-service bid submissions
- Ability to identify and address gaps or weaknesses in responses
- Skilled in preparing engaging proposal and presentation materials
- Strong organisational skills and stakeholder management
