About The Role
Hearts & Science are looking for a Biddable Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is a step away from day to day activation, with a focus on presenting to clients, leading calls, developing strategy & media plans and training junior team members.
We are looking for someone with strong experience across Meta and TikTok. Experience across other Social platforms like Reddit and Snap and Search platforms like Google and Microsoft is desirable but not essential for the role.
This is an opportunity to manage a number of accounts, organise the team's workload and task prioritisation, maintain high standards and be the main point of contact.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to present to external stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and authority - we are looking for someone as strong in client management as they are in technical knowledge. You will also oversee budget activity such as invoicing and billing, carry out technical changes and deliver media plans that align with client goals
