We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our newly formed UK Smart Systems team. As a BIM & Smart Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the deployment and development of Smart Systems, specifically focusing on Building Information Modelling (BIM) across our public sector accounts in the UK.

Job Description

This role involves managing, supporting, and delivering Smart Systems solutions, which include BIM, Smart Buildings, IoT deployments, and data analytics. Reporting to the Product Owner, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of these technologies, driving efficiency and performance across facilities.

Predominantly working from home with minimal travel to attend meetings (when required).

Key Responsibilities

• Control and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Handling of the ‘Model’ provided by client / specialist
• Support ‘Management' of the asset data
• Identify potential business and / or system issues and progress these through to resolution. This includes working alongside our ISS colleagues, the wider IT team and where required, relevant third party software/hardware providers.
• Identify training needs for each specific workstream / contract and deliver the content directly to the operatives.
• Creating any management or operational reports in relation to the asset data
• Assist Smart Systems Product release and marketing to commercial and account teams
• Using analytical skills to interpret / manipulate data and reports to understand where support is required to improve contract performance.
• Liaising and collaboration with ‘ISS Group’ Colleagues.
• Attend meetings with internal / external customers and ISS Group
• Attend tradeshows and conferences applicable to the market

About You

• Experience of working in the Facilities Management sector
• Proficient with both AutoCAD & Revit
• Experienced user of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Knowledge of workplace environment (space utilization, air quality, comfort, and lighting)
• Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge (ability to analyse raw data)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to problem-solve collaboratively
• Good MS Office skills
• Awareness of CAFM systems (preferably Tririga) and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to help with tasks
• Flexibility to travel (as and when required)
