We have an opportunity for a
BMS Estimator to join our team at Honeywell, in
Bracknell, Leicester or Manchester,where you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and competitive estimates for building management system projects. Your expertise in estimating costs, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will ensure the successful execution of projects. You will contribute to the growth and profitability of the business by delivering high-quality estimates that meet customer expectations.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.
In this role, you will impact the success of our projects by accurately estimating costs, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate estimates will contribute to the overall success of our business.

- Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for estimates
- Review project specifications and drawings to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals
- Participate in bid review meetings and provide input on pricing strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of estimates and bid document
