We're looking for a Bond Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our warehouse bond administration.
Please note: this role is fixed term for 16 months.

We're looking for a Bond Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our warehouse bond administration.
Please note: this role is fixed term for 16 months.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily bond administration: Includes accurate data entry, order allocation and release, and maintaining system synchronisation.
- Ensure stock integrity: Reconcile stock levels and resolve discrepancies between systems.
- Coordinate logistics: Liaise with transport and warehouse teams for efficient order processing, collections, and deliveries.
- Provide customer support: Promptly resolve inquiries via email and phone.
- Bond/Warehouse admin experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superb time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
