- Support CIS clients by preparing and submitting relevant returns.
- Review purchase and sales ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide hands-on support to clients by offering software training, setting up bank feeds, and connecting systems to HMRC under MTD.
- Work with cloud-based accounting platforms - mainly Xero (75%), but also Sage (20%) and QuickBooks (5%) - as well as add-ons like Dext.
- Assist with factoring reconciliations and PAYE reconciliations as needed.

- Friendly, proactive, and approachable, with great communication skills and a focus on delivering excellent client service.
- Experienced in working with CIS clients and VAT schemes.
- Happy working independently in a remote setting but also flexible for occasional on-site client visits (a driving licence is a must).
- Always looking for ways to improve systems and processes, using software tools and add-ons to streamline work.
