Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster relationships with customers and the local community to promote brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the branch.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within a Travel retail or the Travel Industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using software applications
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team culture.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in management or business are advantageous but not essential.
