Job title: Brand and Marketing Executive

About The Role And The Team
As we continue our customer acquisition growth, we are looking for a Brand and Marketing Executive to promote brand awareness and desire for Hyperoptic within communities, so we become the internet provider of choice for Residents.
As a new role to the business, you will play a vital role in the strategic launch and rollout of our services in London, and you will be fundamental to the success of the se launches. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to support and execute the brand activations calendar, so your role will be out in the field weekly liaising with and building relationships. We are looking for someone who is passionate about brand promotion and has the ability to creatively identify new opportunities to meet the business objectives.
The successful candidate will have proven marketing experience as well as excellent communication and engagement skills.
What will you be doing?
- Create and schedule organic content for social channels.
- Organise consumer outreach activities, including assistance in the marketing, planning, and execution of related events to assist in promoting services and increasing brand awareness.
- Identify opportunities for engagement with local influencers, on and offline, building strong relationships with community leader to drive support for Hyperoptic.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure we are maximising opportunities including providing services to local hubs.
- Executing brand marketing campaigns.
- Communicate key initiatives with PR and Social media teams to leverage opportunities further.
- Manage 3 rd parties support brand activation activities, setting targets to ensure our success.
- Gather, collate, and report on competitor products, including market share, pricing, and availability.
- Working with agencies and PR contacts to seek out additional opportunities to promote the brand externally via social media channels.
What We Are Looking For
- Car driver advantageous though not essential.
- Previous experience within a similar role or a sale based background.
- Ability to engage with customers in various community environments.
- Driven and determined with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
