Job Description:
We're looking for a
Brand & Communications Manager to bring our global marketing strategies to life through localized, innovative, and high-impact campaigns. You’ll adapt global plans into powerful local initiatives that strengthen brand health and contribute directly to commercial success.
In this role, you’ll partner with our global teams, agencies, and local stakeholders to deliver creative campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure consistency and compliance across all touchpoints. Please note this role can be based out of: Pangbourne UK, Madrid Spain, Warsaw Poland, Bucharest Romania and Milan Italy.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute annual brand and marketing communications (Marcomms) plans based on global strategies co-created with our Networks of Excellence (NoEs).
- Tailor content from global toolkits for your market. Create local campaign materials when needed and deliver across the right mix of channels.
- Collaborate with the Hub and manage dedicated brand and comms memebers of the Hub.
- Work with the Hub and agencies to test, measure, and optimize campaigns using A/B testing and other techniques.
- Engage local influencers, sponsors, and key partners to amplify your brand’s reach and impact.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and business teams to align marketing plans with broader commercial goals.
- Ensure campaigns meet all local legal, technical, tax, and language standards.
- Deliver consistent brand messaging and visuals across all channels.
- Analyse performance data, share insights with regional teams, and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide strategic input and make independent decisions to solve complex challenges.
- Stay current with market and channel trends, using insights to enhance campaigns and coach peers.
- Manage budgets and support planning to enhance marketing ROI.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience in brand and communications, ideally within a global or matrix organization.
- Proven success in adapting global content to local markets.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer behavior.
- Strong experience with performance measurement, optimization, and experimentation.
- Excellent project and budget management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering customer-focused outcomes.
- Strong communication and partner management abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
