We are looking for a creative and proactive Brand Executive to join our Brand & Marketing team. You will focus on football (e.g., Real Betis) and other fan travel activations, helping bring Trainline’s brand to life in partnership campaigns that emotionally connect with fans. This is a Fixed Term Contract until the end of February 2026.
As a Brand Executive at Trainline, you will... 🚝
- Support the end-to-end execution of brand partnerships, including campaign planning, asset delivery, and wrap-up
- Collaborate with in-house teams (creative, media) and agencies to deliver campaigns across digital, social, and physical activations
- Coordinate with partners (e.g., Real Betis) and agencies for content creation and approvals
- Track project timelines, budgets, assets, KPIs, and ensure campaigns meet deadlines and objectives
- Manage fan engagement mechanics (e.g., raffles, giveaways, social call-to-actions)
- Manage legal and compliance materials (e.g., terms, permits, guidelines) for campaign activations
- Manage suppliers setup, invoicing and track financials status, ensuring efficient budget management
- Set up landing pages and manage content across various digital platforms
- Organize shared project documents, keep creative archives and trackers updated, and maintain communication through tools like Trello
We'd love to hear from you if you have... 🔍
- 1–2 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or campaign execution (internships count!)
- A natural project manager, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple workstreams
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus
- Comfortable with tools like Trello, Google Drive
- Experience with Umbraco is a plus
- Can-do attitude, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management
- Super organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Experience leveraging data to understand fan preferences and enhance the effectiveness of brand partnerships.
- Experience in managing integrated multi-channel campaigns that span both online and offline activations, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms.
