What will you be doing?
- Broker Communications (40%)
- Answer all calls and intercom messages to broker line, answering minor queries and support requests and triaging more complex requests to specific BDM or to enquiries/referrals team
- Monitor broker@inbox, triaging requests and queries to appropriate teams where required (General case enquiries to be checked against policy, if too complex can be referred to enquiry@)
Broker Onboarding Processes (30%)
- Broker portal support for case submissions
- Support with Hometrack account creation (activating Selina’s template)
- Completing 1LOD on DD form for Master Broker, Private Clients, DA, and Advice+ channels (31 entries to check)
- Review 2LOD comments and revert to the broker
- Create new SF broker accounts
- Draft broker contract and send via Docusign
Pipeline Management (20%)
- Generate indicative offers to existing Advice+ / DA brokers
- Managing all lead submissions from Advice+ brokers (incl. converting leads for adviser)
- Providing regular case updates for brokers when received from adviser (ongoing dialogue for every case)
- Chase consent for Private Client Cases
Managing broker Accounts (10%)
- Maintain, monitor and operationalise broker incentives and celebrations (e.g. advisor first case champagne; fastest case etc.)
- Actively manage annual DD process, incl.:
- Manually send out reminders - accounts that are expiring within 30 days
- Deactivate accounts where the DD renewal date has elapsed
- Process renewals - a similar process to initial onboarding (condensed DD form)
- Support planning and organisation of broker events and webinars
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (ideally in business, finance or related field)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
