Locations: Scotland Central Belt (West), Scotland Central Belt (East)
Duration: 2 months (some flexibility)
Start date: July 2025
We are excited to offer two placement opportunities within our Morrison Construction Building division in Central Scotland. Our team are looking for two undergraduate students to join us for summer placements where you will gain hands-on experience in Building Services Engineering.
What you will be doing:
Work with some of the best people in the industry, as you gain experience and enhance your technical and interpersonal skills.
We are proud to be a platinum member of the 5% club member based on the quality of training and development of our ‘earn as you learn’ opportunities.
This role is available for a July 2025 start, with the possibility of an earlier start date to suit yourself and the business.

- Working with project teams, designing, developing, and delivering high value construction projects.
- Interfacing with all disciplines involved in the construction process.
- Shadowing a Mechanical and Electrical Manager, supervising and managing Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors.
- Gaining experience in Construction Project Management.
- Working in a mix of site and office based environments.
