Senior Leadership Role for Head of Operations
This is a senior role in our business, driving success in the North East and Scotland region.
The role encompasses delivery of multimillion-pound contracts for our clients, offering security and stability.
Predominantly centred around Reactive Repairs and Planned Refurbishment projects in Social Housing environments.
You will lead and motivate a team of circa 80 employees plus sub-contractors to deliver excellence for our customers.
With overall responsibility for the regional strategy, your focus will be to maximise profit growth through right first-time services.
As an experienced Head of Operations, you will have previously worked in a Senior Leadership role, managing vast programs of works within Social Housing environments.
You will be experienced in providing vision and direction for your team to deliver excellence within customer-centric environments.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance and excellence for our customers
- Manage commercials by regularly reviewing P&L and reporting success to Board level
- Develop and communicate clear vision and direction
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with clients
- Provide regular strategic and operational updates to the Board
- Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients and present robust business cases
- Ensure appropriate due diligence is completed ahead of all bids
- Take ownership for team development and progression
