You will join our Operations Team, the people behind the smooth setup and support of customer contracts. Each day involves playing a key role in inputting new contract details, reviewing documentation and activating contracts. You’ll also support any changes that need to happen throughout the life of the agreement. It’s a role with real responsibility and plenty of variety, and your work will directly impact our customers and our business.

You’ll earn while you learn, working towards your Level 3 Business Administration qualification with Warwickshire College.

You Will Also Have

• A minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• A positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills
• A strong sense of ownership and a customer-first mindset
• The ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

As a member of the Operations Team, you’ll work closely with experienced team members who are passionate about what they do and eager to help you succeed in the role. Your role involves collaborating across teams from Stockplan and Activations to Contract Amendments and Service Portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting the administration of financial and service contracts
• Liaising with customers and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Using your initiative to deliver high levels of customer service by email, phone, and face-to-face.
• Ensuring information is accurate and processed on time
• Suggesting improvements and sharing your ideas to help us get better every day

Course Details
