You will join our Operations Team, the people behind the smooth setup and support of customer contracts. Each day involves playing a key role in inputting new contract details, reviewing documentation and activating contracts. You’ll also support any changes that need to happen throughout the life of the agreement. It’s a role with real responsibility and plenty of variety, and your work will directly impact our customers and our business.
You’ll earn while you learn, working towards your Level 3 Business Administration qualification with Warwickshire College.

As a member of the Operations Team, you’ll work closely with experienced team members who are passionate about what they do and eager to help you succeed in the role. Your role involves collaborating across teams from Stockplan and Activations to Contract Amendments and Service Portfolio.
