• Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with subject matter experts to gather insights and define use cases.
- Support the identification and onboarding of Data Owners, helping to foster a culture of data stewardship.
- Document and map existing data assets, contributing to the development of a comprehensive data catalogue.
- Investigate and document data retention rules
- Conduct gap analyses between current and target states, technologies, or business processes.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and support solution design.
- Partner with testing teams to validate that solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria.
- Use tools such as Jira to manage and track requirements and analysis tasks.
About You
- Strong interest in data and its role in driving business value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in business analysis, ideally within a data or digital transformation context.
- Skilled in selecting appropriate analysis techniques and documenting business and system processes.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Good SQL knowledge and experience.
- Experience with tools like Jira or Confluence is advantageous.
