We're looking for a confident and experienced Business Analyst to join a leading global insurer (client confidential) during an exciting phase of strategic transformation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency across the business.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities across underwriting, operations, and claims
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions for tech teams
• Act as a key liaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment and delivery
• Support data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 in the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of London market insurance practices and systems
• Confident communicator, with a collaborative and inquisitive mindset
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
