Salary: Grade G - £35,235 (Level one) rising to £37,938 (Level four )per annum

About The Role
As a Business Analyst, the post-holder will support in scoping, designing and delivering projects through expert knowledge and high-level business analysis skills. They will support business change analysis, redesigning processes as appropriate and manage the associated dependencies and risks, embedding best practice. They will support shaping the structure of business change, remaining engaged throughout development and implementation to capture requirements, manage change, improve organisational capability, validate the solution and prepare the business for implementation. The main scope of this role will involve supporting a wide range of transformation programme activities across Housing Services. This includes evaluating current service delivery models, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and contributing to the design and implementation of more efficient, customer-focused processes. The post-holder will play a key role in enhancing data quality and governance, supporting cultural and structural change, and embedding sustainable improvements that align with strategic objectives.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to matrix manage project managers and other disciplines working on projects within the directorate to ensure that programmes and projects are delivered to the agreed outcomes.
- Working knowledge of a wide range of business process analysis and design techniques, including the use of modelling and collaborative tools.
- Ability to assist in analysing complex situations and make decisions leading to recommendations to positive action
- A developed experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders and partners, to efficiently deliver a range of projects that meet customer needs.
- Experience in the application of Project Management practical techniques to enable monitoring and control of multiple programmes and projects
- Ability to manage, communicate and implement positive service change
