Role requirements:
Delivery and KPIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements
- Translate business requirements into process flow maps, user stories, as is vs to be, reports etc
- Create persona profiles and user journeys
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes
- Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project objectives
- Interpret technical solutions to understand impact to people and improvements to the way they work
- Design and implement business change strategy as part of a wider technical solution
- Create adoption materials which are relevant to different types of audience
- Predict potential resistance and engage with relevant stakeholders to gain buy-in for change
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with client teams
- Use agile working practices and be able to work with changing priorities
- Work across multiple clients to manage prepare and support change
- Exceed client expectations and set them up for sustained success
- Strive to achieve and maintain desired levels of utilisation
- Proactively identify and recommend services and solutions that will benefit the client
Business operations
- Maintain updated versions of project artefacts and Business Transformation Intellectual Property (IP)
- Internal engagement to promote the value of people-led project delivery and transformation

Person specification
- Demonstrable understanding of adoption and change management
- Translating business needs into requirements, using strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Vital skills in understanding, designing and delivering change with Microsoft technology
- Understanding of the value of successful adoption
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Managing meetings and presenting effectively
- Experience of working in a corporate environment
- Collaborative and inclusive approach, with ability to balance competing demands and work co-operatively with all stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task across a range of projects/tasks at any one time
- Ability to build professional relationships both internally and with our clients
- Good attention to detail, time management and ability to deliver on agreed commitments
Would be great if you have:
- Understanding of Change Management methodologies such as Prosci
- Basic understanding of the technologies Kocho work with
- Experience of working in a similar environment as Kocho
- Understanding of recognised project methodologies - particularly Agile
- Experience of using delivery tools such as Microsoft Office 365
- Experience of creating and delivering SharePoint Online sites
