We are seeking two dynamic self-motivated and experienced Business Change Specialists to define and own business change activities and stakeholder engagement across our largescale technology plan., You will shape business change plans and approaches, complete and analyse change impact assessments to scope activities that are aligned with project plans, governance and change methodologies and conduct stakeholder analysis to plan engagement and communications that engage our operational teams. You will lead a resource pool of Business Change Officers, tracking actions, providing assurance and consistency in outputs while facilitating operational readiness assessments and reporting to senior stakeholders. You will be able to design and produce key change management artefacts, develop transition, cutover and Early Life Support plans to track adoption and benefits realisation.
Staying up to date with industry best practices, you will continuously improve change methodologies and effectiveness. If you're passionate about driving impactful business change, we’d love to hear from you.
