The
Business Continuity Analyst (BCA) will be responsible for identifying potential disruptions to World Kinect global operational activities, including offices and assessing their impact, and developing comprehensive plans to ensure the business can recover quickly and efficiently in the event of a disaster, emergency, or significant disruption, including by analysing critical processes, identifying recovery strategies, and coordinating implementation across various departments to maintain operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review sites/locations Business Continuity Plan (BCP) risk assessment by analyzing the location potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Review sites/locations current business impact analysis to ensure the smooth operation of the business in the event of a disaster or emergency.
- Regularly test and update locations BCP through simulations and drills to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Education: increase awareness of business continuity throughout the business through initiatives, and guide/train staff as required.
- Managed our BCP SharePoint site and maintaining plans that guarantee organizational operation during emergencies.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience (1 - 3 years minimum) as a BCA required in Environmental or Health Safety background
- Bachelor's degree in any subject is required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite applications i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Problem solves with minimal supervision.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- High level of organisation.
- minimal travel required to the London office
