Job Description

We’re hiring a Business Development Director to drive net-new growth across institutional crypto, financial services and security sectors. This is a 100% greenfield sales role reporting to the CRO, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll play a key role in scaling go-to-market efforts, owning sales from prospecting through to close, and helping define how the product evolves based on client feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a creative go-to-market strategy targeting exchanges, institutional crypto teams, and smart contract security firms
• Identify, engage and close high-value partnerships with hedge funds, trading firms, custodians and consulting practices with blockchain exposure
• Act as the voice of the customer, relaying insights to product and leadership to refine roadmap and value proposition
• Collaborate with the CRO and founders to shape commercial priorities and represent the company externally
• Work independently while contributing to a small, highly experienced team with strong product-market fit

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in blockchain, fintech or security
• Proven success delivering $1M+ in annual revenue or equivalent growth contribution
• Exposure and at least a basic understanding of crypto
• Comfortable in a hands-on, high-velocity sales environment – this is a hunter role, not an account manager
• You own a crypto wallet and can explain how layer 1 blockchains like Ethereum and Solana differ
• High level of polish, curiosity and drive – able to pitch to C-level buyers and iterate quickly
