We're seeking two driven and results-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your Role
Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Head of Sales, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth by:
• Identifying opportunities by researching and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including emails, calls, and social media
• Engaging prospects through initiating meaningful conversations to understand clients’ needs and demonstrate how our solutions can help
• Collaborating with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth handoff and maximise conversion rates
• Tracking success through maintaining accurate records in our CRM and reporting on key metrics
What We’re Looking For
• Proven success in a telemarketing/sales B2B environment, ideally within the technology sector or an MSP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise with tools like HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism
• A natural relationship builder who can influence stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to prioritise workloads effectively
• A passion for connecting with people and building relationships

Salary: £32,500 per annum plus OTE
Location: Hybrid 3 days a week (Mon to Wed) from our Salford office
