The company operates within the creative education sector, supplying high-quality art and educational materials to schools, studios, and organisations across the UK. The Role
This role focuses on lead generation and outreach, with a strong emphasis on engaging new clients—particularly within schools and colleges—and contributing to the company's growth targets. The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying new opportunities, initiating conversations with potential customers, and nurturing these leads through to conversion. Working closely with internal teams, the Business Development Executive will help drive revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through research, outreach, and follow-up
- Engage with a wide range of schools, colleges, and educational institutions
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of our products
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Track and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating contact with new prospects and building rapport

- Proficient in using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
