Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive – B2B Furniture & Interiors located in Enfield. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development via cold calls, market research, networking or industry events, lead generation, communication, account management, and building relationships with clients in the furniture and interiors industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential clients within the design, architecture, and interiors sector.
- Outreach: Make outbound sales calls, send targeted emails, and connect with prospects on LinkedIn to introduce Liang & Eimil’s luxury product range.
- Follow-Up: Manage the sales funnel from initial contact through to deal closure, maintaining CRM updates and tracking conversion rates.
- Sales Visits: Visit potential clients to present our collections, build relationships, and close sales.
- Networking: Attend trade shows, design events, and industry functions to grow your network and promote the brand.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the interiors sector.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on sales performance and pipeline activity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of sales or business development experience and Lead Generation.
- Strong business acumen and effective Communication skills
- Sales-Driven: Natural salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
- Experience in Account Management
- Communication Skills: Confident in making outbound calls and presenting products to clients.
- Passion for Design: Strong interest in furniture, interiors, and luxury design products.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
- Ambitious & Driven: Hungry to learn, earn, and grow within a sales-focused environment.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
