📍 Location: Field-based

💼 Salary: £31,000-35,000 base (plus OTE £50,000 uncapped)

🕒 Full-time: Permanent

Job summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will expand our dealer base across a designated region. They will have the ability to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forming strong relationships with our dealer partners.

What you’ll do:

• Develop a growth strategy to maximise sales
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify, secure and nurture new partnerships
• Promote the Company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
• Understand all aspects of insurance product regulations for FCA requirements (training can be given)
• Ensure Dealers are aware of FCA and internal compliance requirement
• Other reasonable duties as required

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

• Previous experience in a field-based role
• A background in New Business
• Strong experience in relationship management

Preferred:

• Experience in either a Motor, Finance and/or Insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
