The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Financial Services & Insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing complex opportunities and working with senior stakeholders, while leading strategic business development initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and develop high-value business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and priorities
  • Create and implement strategic plans to secure complex, high-value opportunities aligned with business goals
  • Manage the full deal lifecycle – from prospecting through to closure and delivery – ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with expectations
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives to shape outreach plans and support their growth
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to influence business strategy and support company growth
  • Present tailored proposals and presentations to C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Stay informed on industry developments, market trends and regulatory shifts to identify emerging opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and contribute insights to continuously improve approach and outcomes


What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in business development or senior sales roles, ideally within the Cybersecurity industry
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to close complex deals
  • Confident communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, especially when engaging senior stakeholders
  • A consistent track record of securing business and building long-term partnerships
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and business development tools
