About the Role:

We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, build client relationships, and identify market opportunities in the UK. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, strategic planning, and negotiation within specific industry, e.g., IT, Telecommunication & Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Develop/execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
    • Identify new opportunities via networking, referrals, and outreach.
    • Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align strategies.
  • Client Engagement & Account Management:
    • Conduct onsite client consultations, presentations, and product demos.
    • Foster long-term partnerships through exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing:
    • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
    • Partner with legal/finance teams to ensure compliant, profitable agreements.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Analyze trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine strategies.
  • Reporting & Performance:
    • Track KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, conversion rates, client retention).
    • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) for pipeline management.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in Construction & Telecommunication.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or certifications (e.g., CIM) preferred.
  • Other: Willingness to travel within the UK; onsite availability required.
