We’re looking for forward-thinking people to come on board and join us within Technical & Compliance, Finance, IT, Training, Human Resources, Business Development/Marketing, Legal, and Administration.

Responsibilities
Working closely with Business Services Partners, the Business Development Director and the wider BD team you will help develop, shape and manage PKF’s growth strategy for audit and non-audit services to listed and private companies across a number of key sectors.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing strategies to target new clients and build market share across key sectors
- Generating market intelligence and conducting research to inform business development strategy and plans.
- Creating cohesive action plans for campaigns to maximise opportunities. Managing activity and reporting on progress.
- Developing and monitoring relationship plans to create and enhance conversations with prospective clients.
- Understanding and developing existing client relationships.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure that marketing initiatives, events and thought leadership support and deliver business development objectives.
- Working with the Proposals team to ensure that tender documents and pitch presentations reflect the client needs and articulate our value proposition.
Person Specification
Skills, Experience And Qualifications
You will have extensive experience of working in the corporate market in a professional services environment, ideally in Audit, and a strong understanding of the market, competitive and regulatory landscape. With a proven track record of managing and delivering successful business development initiatives, you will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent relationship building skills.
