Description

Are you a driven and passionate Business Development Manager with a genuine interest in the future of healthcare? At SYNLAB, we are committed to improving patient health and wellbeing through advanced diagnostics. As the BDM for Genomics, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will leverage SYNLAB’s advanced testing capabilities, presence within the NHS Genomic Laboratory Hubs (GLHs), and network of European labs to unlock new revenue streams in both private and public sectors.



Responsibilitie

  • sIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities with private hospitals, healthcare providers, NHS, insurers, employers, oncology and fertility centres, and corporate wellbeing providers
  • .Create tailored value propositions showcasing the impact of genetic and genomic testing services on health improvement and cost-efficiency
  • .Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • .Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with customers, optimising revenue opportunities
  • .Work closely with genomic clinical and operational teams to understand development opportunities
  • .Collaborate with internal teams to optimise opportunities and support customer onboarding
  • .Share market insights and best practices within the BD team to enhance overall sales performance
