Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive expertise in selling and developing business opportunities within the telecom industry (UK Market). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth through the development of fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company's reach.
  • Engage with decision-makers to identify needs and opportunities for Fixed, Mobile and ICT solutions.
  • Self-manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in the Telecom/IT industry at both the C-level and the operational level.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven UK experience (5+ years) in business development or sales within the telecom industry, specifically in fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the telecom landscape, including emerging technologies and trends in the UK.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and business growth.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
