We are looking for a Business Operations Support Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team located in London.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the CLM Business plays a critical role in identifying any business inefficiencies, managing and implementing processes, optimising resource allocation, supporting recruitment efforts, and driving employee engagement within Delta Capita’s CLM division. This involves collaborating with multiple business lines and liaising with senior stakeholders/clients, overseeing the contractual process, recruitment and onboarding process, and ensuring effective management of projects through global reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management:

  • Lead and assist in weekly/monthly global calls and provide updates, ensuring data accuracy in Kimble in relation to resourcing, pipeline management, revenue and cost.
  • Supporting the CLM business in managing prospective opportunities to being operational engagements
  • Actively follow up with management and the sales team on renewals, new opportunities, and backfills.

Data & Reporting:

  • Maintenance of Salesforce and Kantata platforms
  • Design and implement advanced reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights on resource allocation, project progress, and operational efficiency
  • Provide weekly recruitment, resourcing and business management reports to management.
  • Analyse data trends to identify areas for process optimization and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

Forecasting/Finance Management:

  • Develop accurate resource and revenue forecasting models to support strategic planning and financial oversight
  • Work closely with finance teams to align forecasting with broader business goals
  • Collaborating closely with the finance team to manage month-end processes, including client reporting, billing, and follow-up on aged receivables.

Business Skills:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on resource planning and operational strategies
  • Support client engagement initiatives by preparing high-quality reporting materials for senior stakeholders
  • Support change initiatives to improve resource management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive organizational change

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage CLM documentation, case studies, timesheet submissions, and stakeholder collaboration across Finance, IT, HR, and Business Lines.

Resourcing:

  • Match resources to open opportunities based on skillsets and experience within CLM.
  • Create profiles and resource offering decks for the sales team, often with tight deadlines.
  • Support in applications and shortlisting candidates.
  • Organise first-day schedules for new joiners and facilitate introductions to CLM management.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental training on KYC/AML sessions for new joiners

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of resource management, recruitment processes, and onboarding procedures.
  • Excellent Excel skills, able to create and produce reports including macros, pivot tables, and data modelling
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g., Excel and Power BI)
  • Ability to multitask, manage, prioritise and be accountable for own workload
