Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business performance?
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Business Planning Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development of our Annual Business Plan and performance based fee processes. The successful candidate will manage CrossCountry’s Annual Business Planning and performance scorecard processes, including the development of initiatives, collaboration with the Department for Transport and the compilation of key documentation.
Principal Accountabilities
Annual Business Plan
- To work with internal stakeholders to develop business plan initiatives that support the medium term plan, and in order to support the realisation of the business strategy
- To co-ordinate, manage and steer the compiling, writing and submission of the annual business plan submission to the Department of Transport.
- To work with communications colleagues to develop the communications campaign of the annual business plan, both internally and externally
Performance Based Fee Regime
- To co-ordinate, manage and steer the compiling, writing and submission of qualitative scorecard evidence submission packs to the Department for Transport.
- To evaluate the quality of performance scorecard submissions, identifying opportunities to drive business improvement initiatives and establishing and managing continuous improvement projects in order to attain the maximum Performance Based Fee
- To monitor and control performance against quantitative scorecard targets
Projects
- To manage strategic business projects as required by the Head of NRC Delivery from time-to-time.
